I'm definitely a visual person so Instagram is my favourite form of social media. In Scotland, we have a burgeoning collection of extremely talented and supportive Instagrammers all keen to show off the landscapes that they love. One of my favourite things to do is to lose myself in their images: whether it be dreaming of island hopping off the west coast of Scotland or of running a small farm in the Orkney countryside. They transport me all over this beautiful country l am lucky to call home. Here are some of my favourite Instagrammers, who all have something in common: They are all extremely gifted at what they do (oh and they are all women). Not to take anything away from our male Instagrammers in Scotland who are just as talented, but l find that women aren't as forthcoming about their talents and putting themselves 'out there'. So here is a brief list of some of my favourites (l can't list all of the gorgeously talented women that I'd love to, so consider this a starting point). Enjoy.
